Sudip Maiti discusses some innovative ways to use Art in Education. The concept of “integrated learning” is demonstrated as he shows how children can learn all about rabbits (while making one on paper and also reciting a poem). He also picks up on a few of his favorite ideas – “ফেলনা থেকে খেলনা” (making toys using things one throws away). An accomplished painter in his own rights, Sudip returns to his roots and promises a long-term association to help up-skill our teachers at Vidyasagar Nursery in the usage of Art for Education.
